Once you have made contact with us we would send our IT Manager round to discuss what it is you are looking for. He will be able to guide and offer ideas that would make your school work like clockwork.

The hours required would be agreed by yourself and our Manager. Why? It is important for us that you receive the best service ever. We need to agree hours so that there is enough time for the Technician to carry out whatever needs to be done.

You will be given a designated Technician. Why? If you have a designated Technician, both the school and Primary IT benefit. The school benefit by building a solid relationship with him and Primary IT benefit by knowing how the school works and its particular needs.

We have Remote Access to the majority of our schools. We provide this service because the benefits are worth their weight in gold. We can monitor your school from our office and often if there is a problem we can fix it without coming out to the school, which will save on cost for you.

If the problem cannot be fixed from our office, we can organise a Technician to visit before the problem evolves into something bigger.

This is a ‘big brother’ option that works!

Server installation and Updates
If a Server Install is the route you believe will work for you then we can help. We would be able to come and visit you to share with you our wealth of knowledge we have built up over the years.

We have been involved in many schools that require this. Having a centralised system can save time in the long run and can keep everything in one place. This is where your backup system will come into play and we can advise on all this and more.

Server Updates are needed on a regular basis to keep your Server up-to-date. Obvious though this is, it is surprising how many schools leave this until something goes wrong and then fire-fighting is required. This is something we prevent.

Rapid Response

Wireless Networking
Wireless Networking will only work if it is installed by an experienced knowledgeable Installer. We often come across schools where their wireless is not working and 9 times out of 10 it is because the Installer is not aware of what is needed.

How often do you consider shopping online. There are times when you need to ask a question that relates to the item you are buying.  We feel that a real person on the end of the phone is a dying tradition that we want to keep.

OFSTED Supervision
The benefit to you is that you can have a Technician on site whilst your Ofsted is being carried out. How would that feel? Knowing that, should something go wrong, your Technician can put things right immediately

School Audit
Schools often buy items when they need them. This can lead to a mishmash of different types of PC’s, Laptops, printers, scanner etc. Do you know all your USN's (unique serial numbers) for all your items? Do you know what software is on all your PC’s or Laptops? Do you know whether your Warranty’s are valid on your purchases?

This will be organised and prepared for you in your very own document which you can keep on file and use as and when needed.

Training
If you need training then look no further.  We offer training to be done at your school.  We can fit in timewise with you.  You may feel this would be better carried out after school hours, no problem just book in advance and we can do this.  Whatever you need Training on we will be able to help.
